More than eleven years ago, I joined Boosta as an HR Generalist. Within three years, I was promoted to HR Director, building the company's entire HR function from scratch. Today, I lead all operational teams across Boosta as COO.

I have been working at Boosta for over 10 years — I joined in 2015 as a PHP Developer. In 2019, I became a Backend Team Lead, and in 2024, I took on the role of Head of Development. Today, I lead all key development functions at Edlight, including Frontend, Backend, QA, and DevOps.

I joined Honeytech in 2024 as a Creative Marketing Manager. Within three months, I built the creative function from the ground up, growing it into a team of nearly 20 people. A year and a half later, I stepped into the role of Head of Marketing, taking responsibility for the entire marketing function. Today, my team manages seven-figure budgets, while our product continues to strengthen its position among market leaders.

My journey at Boosta began in 2021 as a lawyer. Today, as Head of Legal, I lead a team of lawyers and am responsible for legal support of all business areas — from international structuring and new product launches to strategic risk management.

I started my career at Boosta in 2020 as a Customer Support Representative. Within six months, I was promoted to Team Lead, and later made an internal transition to Data Analytics. From the first dashboards for the support team to working with product metrics and A/B tests, I gradually turned my passion for numbers into a career.

Joined Honeytech as a Marketing Intern to learn from experienced specialists. Grew from Trainee to Specialist and eventually to Team Lead. Today, I lead a team, support its development, and help drive it toward its goals.

My journey at Boosta began in 2023 as a Senior Recruiter, and today I'm a Talent Acquisition Business Partner. I work at the intersection of Talent Acquisition and business — helping build strong teams, supporting Executive Hiring, and guiding key hiring decisions.

In 2019, I joined Boosta as a Senior SEO Specialist. Just 5 months later, I moved into the role of SEO Team Lead, delivering the first results in a new direction for the team and driving its growth. Since 2024, I've been leading one of Kosmo's key business areas as Head of Direction.

I started my career at Boosta in 2019 as a Linkbuilder and grew through roles in ASO, account management, and project management before becoming Head of Apps. This experience across different areas now helps me lead Inspirio’s app portfolio, build effective processes, and scale the team.

In October 2022, I joined Boosta as a Junior Helpdesk Specialist. In three years, I progressed to Senior, and in 2025, I took on the role of Head of the Helpdesk department. Today, my team ensures the smooth operation of services for over 800 experts across the tech holding.
